how I support

My aim is help you learn more about who you are and how you work, while creating an environment of unconditional welcoming for all parts of self.

Together, we’ll practice inviting the full range of your humanness—the anger, the sadness, the magic, the joy—navigating blocks to feeling as they arise.

I’ll be a diligent companion, offering my compassion and care when pokey parts of self arise. Like, the one who judges, the one lives in fear, the one who disappears. And I’ll hold a mirror so you might learn to see yourself clearly, perhaps with the same care I do.

Along the way, we’ll practice grounding and resourcing through conscious presence and mining the shadows for gold. We’ll practice authentic self-expression and the naming of desires and needs.

And we’ll explore relationships—the relationship between you and I, the relationship between you and loved one’s present and past, and the many relationships between you and parts of self. While we are hurt in relationship, I believe we also heal in relationship. Taking risks, saying what we really mean, advocating for ourselves as to say I’m here, I matter.

I’m a specialized trauma therapist, with training in EMDR, AEDP & Somatic Therapies

My approach is relational, evidence-driven and compassionate

My Mission

I dream of a world where all are in active, supportive relationship with their bodies, free of fear and trauma. I dream of a world where emotions are experienced as wise guides, transporting us where we need to go. I dream of liberation, where all expressions are celebrated and welcomed. I dream of lives lived outside of roles and expectations. I dream of essences honoured, your soul’s aliveness front and centre.

I dream of longings, listened. Hearts, followed.
