Refund Policy

WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAPPENS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SOMETIMES UNAVOIDABLE. PLEASE READ THE REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK.

Our team puts a lot of time and care into planning workshops, courses, and retreats and therefore all payments and/or deposit payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be available for final payments 7 days before the event regardless of reason for cancellation, no exceptions. However, if we are able to fill your space last minute, Taylor Evans-Kawchuk will happily refund you your payment minus the non-refundable deposit.

No payments may be transferred to another retreat date.

Retreat cost includes all meals, accommodation and tuition for the retreat. Alcoholic beverages are not included.

This Is Not Therapy

The following workshop is a psychoeducational offering created and hosted by Taylor Evans-Kawchuk. This workshop is intended for educational purposes only and should not be used as a replacement for private psychotherapy services.

If you need referrals for a psychotherapist, please email hello@taylorevanskawchuk.com, and we will send you a list of therapist directories you can use to locate a therapist in your province or state. Also, please note confidentiality cannot be guaranteed at this event.

The other retreat participants will see you in attendance, and while the retreat leader will emphasize the importance of maintaining confidentiality of those in attendance, Taylor Evans-Kawchuk cannot guarantee that those in attendance will adhere to confidentiality after the retreat.
